Producer – Creating the Framework

It may be challenging to get passionate about deadlines and budgets, but without them, most film projects would never come to fruition.  A good producer will analyze the project’s elements, set proper expectations as to cost and timeframe, and oversee the business aspects of the film’s production to include hiring the right people for the job.

The Director and Producer work in tandem to balance the numbers with the artistic vision, frequently communicating goals, expectations, and project status to minimize production conflicts.  At Griffith Films, Robert Griffith has the innate ability to sustain the pulse of the story while adapting to budget and time constraints.

“Bob is a consummate professional.  I can communicate what I’m looking for, and he really listens to what I have to say.  In the end, I get a high quality, on-time product that provides exactly what I need and that articulates exactly what I wanted to say about my programs.” – Michael Farley, Executive Director, Elk Hill, Inc.; and Organizer, Proper Walk, Makindu Children’s Program
